Service-Based Project Leaders focus on communicating, building trust through mutual respect and honesty to complete projects. Traditional metrics and rewards do not define success, the net social outcomes and intrinsic value of the work measure it itself. Service-based project leadership combines Psychology, Sociology, and Project Management.

When leading a mission to its successful completion, we consider how the outcome will transform and impact the work processes for our clients’ employees and customers; furthermore, how the change they are instituting will affect their community and our society.
